Availability and Flexibility of Scheduling

Most construction projects take place between the hours of 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday—Friday. All our supervisors are highly trained, and EPA certified in all aspects and operations of lead safe renovations. We adhere to the strictest of EPA guidelines, and ensure the protection and safety of current and future occupants of any commercial building we are contracted to renovate or coat. We have a licensed asbestos inspector on our staff. Before any renovation project we will perform a comprehensive asbestos survey, including proper sampling and lab testing. Regulations require this survey before any work begins or waste is disposed of. This survey identifies any suspect building materials and determines whether they are an environmental concern. If suspect material is confirmed to contain asbestos WRB Construction will bring in a professional asbestos abatement team to safely remove or contain the hazard—protecting you and your occupants.

In fact, the water-based latex paints we use either meet or exceed the Green Seal criteria and the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED certification.
